SDK.finance is looking for an experienced Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Be a liaison between the technical team and internal business units;
- Perform business analysis and lead the process improvement initiatives;
- Manage requirements elicitation and documentation;
- Create Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications for use in the level of effort estimation, feature development, and test case development;
- Work with the development team to develop and execute plans to test and validate systems/applications and business requirements;
- Update existing and produce new system diagrams using BPMN/UML modelling notations;
- Be accountable for the result of all assigned projects;
- Communicate the project status to the top management.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a BA or similar role at a FinTech company or bank;
- Payment Domain knowledge, experience on the functional flow of payment transaction processing is a plus;
- Knowledge of principles, processes, phases, and roles of application development methodologies;
- Understanding of systems architecture concepts;
- UML experience;
- English – advanced;
- Ukrainian/Russian – intermediate at least.
Сompensation – €2,000- 3,500 (net).
