  • Study, analyze and describe complex technical issues in a clear way: texts, diagrams, schemes & video
  • Able to create a video-manual: plot, text, screen capture video-record
  • Strong understanding of a technical material and attention to details
  • Interest in software technologies cutting-edge level technologies

Technical skills:

  • Computer Science Technical background
  • Basic HTML/JavaScript knowledge
  • Simple coding (Postman API – calls from prepared examples)

Business analyst


  • Strong knowledge of 3 main languages: Business, Software development & English
  • Be able to talk to business guys and elicitation of business and functional requirements
  • Make complicated software development things clear to business persons
  • Preparation of software requirements specifications
  • Processes high-level modeling (BPM diagrams)
  • Database high-level modeling
  • Design of use cases & user stories
  • Product mockups design
  • High level of written and spoken English

Optional: UML, ERD, ITIL

Technical Support Engineer


  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Supporting high-loaded environment
  • Issue classifications and routing tasks
