View system Commission for an Operation

Viewing the system Commission for an Operation means that Admin can see what commission rules have been added and/or activated for a certain operation in a certain currency for a chosen Contract type.
This functionality is available via the UI which is provided out of the box.
To view a system Commission for a chosen Contract the Admin should:
- Choose the contract from the list of contracts
- Go to system commissions
- Choose a type of operation in the relevant currency.
- Click View details.
The viewer provides the following information: Start date, End date, Direction, Status
If the commission contains any commission rules, they will be shown on the same page.
