Managing financial services for legal entities requires a different level of structure, transparency, and control. Corporate clients expect clear ownership data, document-heavy onboarding, multi-step approvals, and contract-based service models. To support these needs, the SDK.finance Platform now includes a dedicated Business Account functionality.
The feature is already available across the system. In the upcoming releases, we’ll refine and expand it further based on customer expectations, industry standards, and project requirements.
Banks, PSPs, EMIs, and embedded finance providers increasingly serve SMEs and corporate clients. These customers require advanced KYB workflows, multi-actor profiles, and a transparent way to manage company structures. The Business Account functionality brings these capabilities into the SDK.finance Platform, giving customers a reliable and compliant framework for onboarding and managing businesses.
Service users can now access a complete company profile directly in the Client section, including:
Company details and uploaded documents
Company bank accounts
Authorised representatives
Shareholders and their documents
This gives operational teams the clarity they need to manage corporate clients effectively.
Compliance specialists can:
Approve shareholders once their documents are verified
Decline shareholders if information is missing or incorrect
These controls are available through updated API endpoints, supporting automated compliance pipelines.
Once all shareholder information and company documentation meet the requirements, Compliance can:
Approve the company
Decline it
Request updates from the customer
This structured flow helps maintain regulatory accuracy and simplifies internal reviews.
Service users can create and manage company contracts, with the platform generating standard contract types by default:
Base
Standard
Gold
VIP
These templates create a predictable service framework and can be adjusted for different business models.
You can test the Business Account functionality in action through the SDK.finance demo environment.
