Customer support and fraud prevention

This role group focuses on customer service, compliance, and security, allowing companies to protect operations and improve the customer experience.

Key roles:

  • The Customer Success Specialist – monitors customer engagement and satisfaction, with permission to review customer journeys and manage communication history.
