Now we’re launching a new Go-to-Market Engineering direction, the intersection of marketing, AI, and automation. If you love connecting nodes, seeing patterns, formulating questions, and testing ideas until they become insights, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Use your intelligence for hypothesis generation and testing
- Formulate questions – and build experiments to find their answers
- Learn to see signals in the noise – connect data, behavior, and feedback into meaningful patterns
- Act as our market scout: discover the most promising automation and AI use cases for marketing and sales
- Implement AI agents, workflows, and other automation tools into real business processes
- Build and optimize n8n / Zapier / Make workflows and data flows
- Continuously explore new tools, models, and ideas, applying them to real-world growth challenges
Who You Are
- Mindset of a senior, background of a junior – strategic thinking, initiative, and ownership matter more than years of experience
- You can turn information into questions, and questions into experiments
- You’re curious about how systems grow, from traffic to leads, from leads to revenue
- You love to learn, test, measure, and iterate
- You can use or are ready to learn automation tools (n8n, Make, Airtable, ChatGPT API)
- You’re fluent in ambiguity – you see structure where others see chaos
