SDK.finance is a modular core banking platform designed to help FinTech teams build real products: wallets, payment systems, agency networks, and neobanks.

Our clients are builders. They work in complex environments with real business logic, multiple roles, and layered workflows. As a result, every integration is slightly different. Your role is to help make sense of those differences, find the patterns, and translate them into actionable clarity – for the client and for the product.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just react to issues, but asks questions, follows threads, and figures out what’s really going on. Someone who’s curious, thoughtful, and committed to making complex systems usable – by understanding how they’re experienced on the ground.

What You’ll Do

  • Run thoughtful interviews with clients; understanding their goals, constraints, and context
  • Break down real-world scenarios: who’s doing what, in which order, and why it matters
  • Spot patterns, contradictions, and missing links in UI, API, user roles, business logic
  • Ask clear questions when things don’t make sense and dig until they do
  • Propose practical improvements based on what you learn
  • Write or redesign supporting materials: process explanations, workflows, user guides
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to close the loop: from insight to implementation
  • Learn continuously from each conversation, each flow, each question

  • You approach problems by thinking first and reacting second
  • You’re good at spotting the question behind the question
  • You don’t stop at what’s being said, you want to understand why it’s being said
  • You’re comfortable working across different roles and perspectives – business, technical, operational
  • You’re curious about how systems are used in the real world – and what could make that experience better
  • You write well, listen deeply, and take pride in creating clarity from confusion

Why This Role Matters

We don’t have usage analytics or in-product tracking. Our clients own their data, and we respect that.

That’s why listening well and thinking clearly are so important here. You’ll be one of the few people who sees the real picture from the outside in. Your ability to explore, connect, and distill what clients are really trying to do will directly shape how the product evolves. This is a thinking role, a listening role, a making-sense-of-things role – and a deeply impactful one.

What This Role Could Grow Into

This is a strong launchpad into product management, UX design, solution architecture, or customer strategy. You’ll build deep context, cross-functional trust, and the ability to influence real decisions from a position of insight.
