Please review the pricing for your use of SPTP software by subscription before accepting the pricing by means of clicking the “I Agree” button or signing it by means of DocuSign e-signature service (whichever is applicable). Please note that the factual amount of Subscription fee depends on the quantity of transactions you made within SPTP in a month. By accepting the pricing you agree that this pricing will apply to your use of SPTP software. Please note that TechFin UAB reserves the right to revise the rates of Subscription Fees at any time at its sole discretion. For the sake of clarity, a 1 (one) transaction means a successfully performed action by means of SPTP, of placing, transferring or withdrawing funds that gained its intended result. Thus, for example, a successfully completed transfer of money from one account to another will be considered 1 (one) transaction.

Please be informed that Users with active subscription may at any time request TechFin UAB for a possibility to shift to the source code license option (back-end of SPTP software). The price of the source code license on the back-end of SPTP software is €400.000 (four hundred thousand Euro). TechFin UAB reserves the right to revise the price of the source code license on the back-end of SPTP software at any time at its sole discretion.
