Freeze/Unfreeze Client’s Account

The Freeze Account button is used for Service User to freeze the account of the user. The flow is the same as in the Client Profile page.
To initiate the Freeze account process, Service User should press the freeze account button on the Investigation details page- Client information.
If the Account status of the User is frozen, Service User can unfreeze the account by pressing the Unfreeze account button on the Investigation details page – Client Information.
