Block user

To block the Client’s profile user presses the relevant button in the top right corner of the screen. A sidebar will appear and user should enter the reason (AML, FRAUD or OTHER)  for blocking the account (required field) and a description (any note that might be useful for team members). By clicking the “Ban” button the client’s profile will be blocked. 

The Client’s profile will be blocked and Client will receive a notification with an explanation and further instructions (“Notice of Account Termination Due to AML Compliance”).

Blocking the client’s profile means that the Client will no longer be able to sign in to the system.
