Decline Profile

Service Users with relevant permission are able to decline the verification of the Client. THis is performed by pressing the “Decline Profile” button  on the KYC section of the Client’s profile information. Client’s KYC status changes to “Declined”. It happens in the event when the Client didn’t pass the KYC check.
