System Information

In the System Information section of the User Profile Service user can view the following:

• Member since – reflects the date when the Client was registered in the System
• System language – the language that is used by the client within the System
• Cohort 
• Contracts – shows the current contract applied to the Client. In this field Service User is able to Change Client’s Contract by pushing the “Change Contract” button. 
• Upcoming contract – shows the next contract type that will be applied to the the User (if chosen in settings) and the date when this contract will take force. 
• Login Credentials  – Indicates how the user chose to login to the system (phone number, email or both)

Next monthly fee date – the date when the monthly fee according to the contract will be charged from the User.
