Client Profile – Main

The Main screen of a User Profile shown to the system user contains a header with the Name of the Client, his photo, Role, Gender, Date of Birth,  Client ID, KYC status, Profile Status

The Main Profile screen also contains such information blocks as:

• Contact details
• System Information
• Address Information
• Billing address information
• Business address information
• Last actions
• Last transactions
• Investigations
• Change phone request
• Chats

The user has the ability to take significant actions regarding the Client’s profile. By using the “Block user” button, the user can immediately block the client from accessing their accounts, effectively halting all transactions and activities. Similarly, the “Freeze user” button allows the user to temporarily suspend the client’s profile, which can be useful in cases where further investigation is required without completely blocking the client.
