Deactivate Team Member

To deactivate the team member Service User should click on the relevant button on the Team member’s profile page. 

A new form will open.

• Click Deactivate to confirm deactivation of the Team member – the status will change to “Banned”
• Click Decline button to cancel the action and return to the Team member’s profile page.

User’s status will change to Banned. To Unban the User – click on the Unban User button.
