SDK.finance (TechFin UAB) is looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager. A perfect candidate is an individual who thrives on building relationships, loves to help customers succeed, and understands payment and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Consult and onboard customers, starting from the initial request till successful launch;
- Evaluate and analyse the customers’ needs. Support customers with consultations on how to implement their product on our platform;
- Develop healthy relationships with customers;
- Ensure clients receive the requested info and services in a timely fashion;
- Act as a customer advocate;
- Work closely with the outsourcing solutions team.
Requirements
- Being friendly, nice and polite with people;
- Good listening, communication, presentation, and time management skills;
- Ability to understand the essence of the customer’s request;
- Advanced English (written and spoken);
- Experience in the tech and payment (fintech) domains;
- Experience in customer success roles at a B2B SaaS company is an asset.
