Customer Success Manager (TechFin UAB) is looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager. A perfect candidate is an individual who thrives on building relationships, loves to help customers succeed, and understands payment and APIs.


  • Consult and onboard customers, starting from the initial request till successful launch;
  • Evaluate and analyse the customers’ needs. Support customers with consultations on how to implement their product on our platform;
  • Develop healthy relationships with customers;
  • Ensure clients receive the requested info and services in a timely fashion;
  • Act as a customer advocate;
  • Work closely with the outsourcing solutions team.


  • Being friendly, nice and polite with people;
  • Good listening, communication, presentation, and time management skills;
  • Ability to understand the essence of the customer’s request;
  • Advanced English (written and spoken);
  • Experience in the tech and payment (fintech) domains;
  • Experience in customer success roles at a B2B SaaS company is an asset.
