The Lead Generation and Qualification Specialist will be crucial in generating and filtering incoming leads, ensuring optimal qualification, and scoring before transferring leads to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation:
- Contribute to the lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients through various channels.
- Gather potential leads contact information and reach out to them using email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Proactively engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the SDK.finance prospect pool.
- Tailor messaging to communicate SDK.finance’s value and offerings effectively.
- Adapt to different communication styles and objections during cold calls.
- Lead qualification:
- Conduct qualification calls with leads entering the SDK.finance funnel.
- Gather comprehensive information about the lead’s funding status, team structure, and specific needs.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of SDK.finance products and services.
- Determine the level of interest and potential fit for SDK.finance solutions.
- Use established criteria to qualify leads and prioritize them based on their potential as clients.
- Document and maintain accurate records of lead interactions and qualification details.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Appointment scheduling:
- Schedule follow-up calls with qualified leads to connect them with the sales and technical team.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and relevant follow-up discussions.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a role involving lead generation and cold calling in a B2B context.
- Skills:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Flexible approach to accommodate varying lead qualification scenarios.
- Strong collaborative skills to work seamlessly with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
