Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy is between You (the “User”, “You” or “Your”) and Private Limited Company “TechFin UAB”  (“TechFin UAB”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and is devoted to regulate the subscription services related to Your use of our Products and Services we offer on our website: https://sdk.finance/ (“Website”). You are requested to read, understand and accept this Subscription Policy in order to enable us to provide you with our Products and Services. You can accept this Subscription policy either by means of clicking “I Agree” button below or by signing it with the use of DocuSign e-signature service (whichever option is applicable). 

SECTION 1 SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND TARIFFS 

We are permanently keen to offer our users the best subscription plans possible. The list of actual subscription plans are always available at: https://dashboard.sdk.finance/pricing/ Please note that we reserve the right to change the subscription plans at any time (for active users we provide 1 month prior notice about the change of subscription plans). However, for the ongoing period, we undertake to keep the subscription plan You’ve chosen active until the end of the then-current billing term. 

SECTION 2 FREE TRIAL PERIOD.  

The newly created User accounts may include a free trial period. However, You may still be requested to provide us with Your payment details when registering an User Account with us. We do not charge You within Your free trial period. However, please note that we reserve the right to change the conditions of free trials at any time. If any changes happen, we will take our best efforts to inform You immediately by making a public post on the pricing page of our Website: https://dashboard.sdk.finance/pricing-plan/.  

Please note that once You upgrade to any paid subscription plan during the free trial period, Your free trial ends immediately. No refunds will be provided to accounts upgraded then canceled during the trial period.

SECTION 3 – SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Us.  We may cancel Your Subscription at any time if You do not make payment to us when it is due and You still do not make payment within 15 (fifteen) days that payment is due. We may also cancel Your Subscription at any time if any of the following conditions are met: (a) if You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide our Products and/or Services; or (b) if we suspect that a purchase was fraudulently made or an account was fraudulently set up.

Cancellation by You. To change or cancel Your Subscription at any time, email us at support@sdk.finance If You cancel Your Subscription, Your Subscription will not be renewed after Your then-current subscription term expires. Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received by us at least 5 (five) business days prior to the end of Your current paid subscription term. Cancellation requests received after that shall take effect the following month. That means that Your Subscription will continue to be active until the end of Your then-current billing cycle. Your Subscription will not renew following the end of Your then-current billing cycle. Please note that if You choose to cancel Your Subscription, there will be no refund for the already paid period.   

You agree that all Subscriptions Fees are recurring and will renew automatically on a monthly basis. All payments of Subscription Fee are to be processed via direct bank transfer or via Stripe (https://stripe.com/).

The User may cancel its subscription by sending an email to support@sdk.finance

You agree that with the cancellation of subscription User loses access to our Products and Services (SPTP software).

SECTION 4 NO REFUNDS

Any payments You made for our Products and Services are non-refundable. Please note that TechFin UAB does not offer multiple free trials to the same User’s account, nor prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open User’s account. 

The Subscription Fees will automatically become due after the end of each paid subscription period. As such, all Subscription Fees will continue to be charged unless cancellation has been requested before the next payment date. It is User’s sole responsibility to keep track of the User’s billing circle.
