Service scope limitations

18. 11. 2024

The SDK.finance PaaS solution is offered as a ready-to-use Platform to support your business needs. However, please keep in mind the following important details regarding the limitations in the scope of our service:

  • The Platform is provided as-is
SDK.finance PaaS is provided as a complete, out-of-the-box software solution. The Platform’s core functionalities and features are available without further customization from the SDK.finance team.
  • No extra development is done by SDK.finance team
We do not offer product development, customization, or integration services as part of the PaaS subscription. All customizations, feature expansions, and integrations are managed by your technical team.
  • Technical responsibility is on the customer’s side
Your team is fully responsible for implementing any adjustments, modifications, or custom functionalities you may need.

For more information, please refer to the table below:

Feature PaaS license
Hosting Only on AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Customization SDK.finance doesn’t offer custom feature development, but may consider requests that fit its roadmap.
Any unique business requirements may be difficult to implement without access to the source code.
Third-party integrations The SDK.finance team does not provide 3rd-parties integrations on demand, Licensee handles this using SDK’s APIs.
Third-party contracts SDK.finance does not offer affiliate or partnership programs with third-party vendors integrated within the platform.
Costs associated with third-party services are handled directly by the client and the respective vendor, separate from SDK.finance’s subscription fees.
Roadmap SDK.finance follows its roadmap. Licensees can view it and suggest features.
Feature prioritization
Licensees can pay a fee to prioritize a feature request in SDK.finance’s roadmap (available to all clients).
Feature release timing
There is no guaranteed timeline; new features are released to all clients when they are ready.

So, while using the SDK.finance PaaS model offers quick setup, ease of use and rapid implementation, it lacks the flexibility and customizability of the source model. Learn more about the source code of SDK.finance Platform.
