Cash desks – Accountant view

The Cash Desks screen allows the Accountant or other System User with relevant permissions  to manage various cash desks within the system. The table on this screen provides an overview of each cash desk, including key details such as organization, number of cashiers, pending requests, working hours status, and address.

Table Columns:

  1. Cash Desk: Displays the contact email or phone number for the cashier.
  2. Organization: The name of the organization to which the cash desk belongs.
  3. Cashiers: The number of cashiers assigned to the cash desk.
  4. Pending Requests: Any pending requests for top-up or withdrawals related to the cash desk.
  5. Working Hours Status: Indicates whether the cash desk is open or closed.
  6. Address: The physical address of the cash desk.
  7. Actions:
    • View Details: A button that opens the detailed view of the specific cash desk for more information and management options.

Buttons and Actions:

  • Create Cash Desk: Opens a form to add a new cash desk.
  • Filter Options: Includes options to filter cash desks by working hours status and search by other criteria.
