Client profile – KYC
On this screen, the Service User can manage and review the KYC (Know Your Customer) information for the Client. The Service User can see the overall KYC status, which indicates whether the KYC process is pending or completed. The User can approve or decline the client’s KYC profile by clicking the “Approve profile” or “Decline profile” buttons, respectively. They can also perform an additional check via an external KYC service by clicking the “Check via KYC Service” button.
In the document information table, the User can view details of the documents that have been uploaded for KYC verification. This includes document types, check types, upload dates, check dates, document numbers, and current statuses. The User can click on the “View document” button to access and review each document.
Additionally, the User has the capability to block or freeze the client’s profile using the buttons at the top-right corner of the screen, allowing for immediate action if necessary. This functionality ensures that the User can effectively manage and verify the client’s identity and compliance with KYC requirements.
KYC Status:
- A box displaying the KYC status e.g. “Pending” or “Approved”
- Below the status, a message indicates that all documents must be approved to complete KYC for the user.
- Approve profile: A button to approve the client’s KYC profile.
- Decline profile: A button to decline the client’s KYC profile.
- Check via KYC Service: A button to check the KYC status through an external KYC service.
When the KYC status of the Client is Approved, User can re-initiate the KYC procedure by clicking the Reset KYC Status button.
Document Information Table:
- Columns:
- Document type: The type of document (e.g., Identity document, Tax ID number).
- Check type: The type of check being performed (e.g., First time check).
- Upload date: The date and time the document was uploaded.
- Check date: The date and time the document was checked. By “checking” the document we mean change of document’s status. For example, when the Client uploaded the document for the first time the status of the document is “Uploaded”, once the User has checked the document the status can be changed either to “Approved” or “Declined”.
- Document number: The unique identifier for the document .
- Status: The current status of the document (e.g., “Uploaded”, “Approved”).
- Actions: A button labeled “View document” for accessing the document.
