Edit Asset

  1. Open the context menu: Click the three dots next to the asset you wish to edit.
  2. Select “Edit Asset”: Opens the Edit Asset form.
  3. Modify the details as needed:
    • Name: Update the currency name.
    • Currency type: update the type of currency.
    • Code: Update the currency code.
    • Digital Code: Update the digital code of the currency.
    • Symbol: Update the symbol for the currency.
    • Fraction: Update the smallest unit of the currency.
    • SN Prefix: Update the serial number prefix for the currency.
    • Description: Update the description for the currency.
    • Asset Available for Exchange: Toggle to make the asset available for exchange.
  4. Click “Update Asset”: Saves the changes to the asset.
  5. Deactivate Asset: Optionally, you can change the status of the asset, e.g. deactivate the asset by clicking “Deactivate Asset” and confirming the action in the dialog. If the status of the Asset was Inactive, an option to Activate the asset will be provided.
