Pending Transactions

When Service User clicks on the button “View a pending request” on the main System accounts screen, a new screen with the list of transactions within the selected account opens with the “Status: Pending” filter applied. The table will show only the transactions with a status of “Pending”.

 

Service User can Accept or Decline pending requests by clicking on the relevant button.

  • Buttons:
    • Accept: Approves the pending transaction.
    • Decline: Rejects the pending transaction.

Pending Transactions

  • Accept Transaction Dialog:
    • Title: Accept
    • Confirmation Text: Are you sure that you want to accept the transaction?
    • Buttons:
      • Decline (to cancel the action)
      • Approve (to confirm the acceptance)
  • Decline Transaction Dialog:
    • Title: Decline
    • Confirmation Text: Are you sure that you want to decline the transaction?
    • Buttons:
      • Decline (to cancel the action)
      • Approve (to confirm the decline)
