Refund

In this section of the back office Service User can view the transactions with initiated Refund.

The screen currently displays transactions filtered by refund type:  “Refund.” CEO or other Service User with relevant permission can review refund details, investigate the reasons for refund, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.

Transaction List:

  • Checkbox: Select multiple transactions for bulk actions.
  • Transaction type: The type of transaction (e.g., Web transaction, Terminal transaction).
  • Transaction date: The date and time when the transaction occurred.
  • Transaction number: A unique identifier for each transaction.
  • Transaction status: The current status of the transaction (e.g., Processed).
  • Sender Name: The name of the person or entity that initiated the transaction.
  • Sender ID: A unique identifier for the sender.
  • Receiver Name: The name of the person or entity receiving the transaction.
  • Receiver ID: A unique identifier for the receiver.
  • View details: Click this button to view detailed information about a specific transaction

To initiate the Refund of the particular transaction, Service User should choose the transactions from the list, click View details and press the Initiate Refund button.

Refund

In a new modal window choose the Refund volume, enter amount and description. 

Confirm Refund initiation by pressing the “Refund” button or press Cancel to abort.
