System accounts

System accounts are special accounts within a system that keep track of the commissions earned from transactions.

System accounts

 

The System Accounts screen provides an overview of various system accounts and their details. This screen allows Service Users to manage and monitor the system accounts within the organization. 

Main Table

The main table displays a list of system accounts with the following columns:

  1. Vendor Name: The name of the vendor associated with the account (e.g., Easypay).
  2. Account Type: The type of the account (e.g., Gate account).
  3. Account Name: The name of the account.
  4. Currency: The currency in which the account operates (e.g., USD, EUR).
  5. Balance: The current balance in the account.
  6. Serial Number: The unique serial number of the account.
  7. Collector: The entity responsible for the account (e.g., System, Vendor).

Actions

Each row in the table has two main actions accessible via buttons:

  1. View Transactions: Allows viewing the transactions associated with the account.
  2. View a Pending Request: Allows viewing the list of transactions with pending requests related to the account.
  3. Three Dots Button (currently only for exchange_reserve account types): Clicking the three dots button next to each account row reveals additional actions:
  4. Withdraw: Initiates a withdrawal request from the account.
  5. Top-up: Initiates a top-up request to add funds to the account.
