View Contract’s details

To view the details of the Contract, Service user should click on the View details button in the row of the chosen contract on the main Contracts screen. 

A contract details screen will open.

View Contract’s details

This screen is designed for Service Users to monitor and manage the specifics of a contract, including associated vendors, their operations, commissions and limits and contract status. 

 

At the top of the screen there’s a short information about the contract:

  • Contract name (which can be edited)
  • Contract Type: One of the default contract types ( “Base,” “Standard”, “VIP”, or “Gold”).
  • Organization Type: Individual or Merchant.
  • Monthly fee: name and amount of the monthly fee applied to the contract.
  • Monthly fee ID: the unique ID of the monthly fee.
  • Contract Start Date: The starting date of the contract is provided, which helps in tracking the duration of the contract’s validity.
  • Contract Status: displays the current status of the Contract which can be Active or Deactivated.

 

Below there’s a table with the list of Vendors added to the contract. 

  • Vendor Name: Lists various vendors associated with this contract.
  • Adding Date: The date each vendor was added to the contract.
  • Vendor Status: displays current status of the Vendor showing either the Vendor is engaged and their services are in use under this contract or not.

Functional Buttons:

  • Temporarily Deactivate a Contract: Located towards the top right, this button allows you to temporarily deactivate the contract. This changes the contract status to Deactivated, which means that the contract can not be assigned to the user.
  • View Commissions and Limits: This button provides access to detailed settings regarding financial aspects like commissions and transaction limits associated with the contract.
  • Duplicate a Contract: This option enables the creation of a new contract based on the current one’s parameters, facilitating quick setup of similar contracts with new parties or under slightly altered terms.
  • Edit contract details.
