“Clients” Main table

The main “Clients” table contains all the information about the Clients of the system. 

Clients are the external end-users of the system and can have the following roles:

  • Individual
  • Merchant
  • Corporate
  • Agent
  • Sub-agent

Client Name – contains the first and last names of the client, sorting available. 

Client ID – a unique ID of the user created at the moment of his registration. 

Organisation ID – ID of the organisation to which belongs the client. 

Client Role – one of the five client’s roles assigned at the registration

Email

Phone

Cohort – in weeks of client’s acquisition – week  when the client registered in the system. 

Contract – a type of contract that applies to the Client

Investigation – contains information about the investigation procedures initiated in respect to this Client.

Profile status – reflects the status of the user system Profile, options are: Active, Frozen, Closed, Rejected, Banned. More about Profile statuses. 

KYC status – reflects Client’s compliance verification status. More about KYC statuses.

Reset KYC Status – reflects the information about requested KYC status update. 

View details – is the button that leads to a detailed Client Profile with more information about the chosen client and user management options available for system users.

Filter results

Results can be filtered by: 

  • period – display clients registered within a chosen period of time or on a specific date
  • Client role – display clients with a specific role (Individual, Merchant, Corporate, Agent, Sub-Agent)
  • Cohort 
  • Investigation status 
  • Account status
  • KYC status

Perform Search

System users can perform search of the Clients by Client Name, Client ID, Email, Phone (text: email, phone, organizationIds, ids)

View details

By pressing the “View Details” button in a raw with client’s information user is being redirected to the Client Profile Main page.  

Set-up columns

User can set-up the table appearance by choosing the columns he wants to see and change their order in the table. These customized settings will be saved for future sessions. 

Export data

Allows to export the Clients data contained in the table according to the chosen parameters and filters. Export can be made in different file formats.
