Document Statuses
The following document statuses are supported:

OUTDATED |
Document was just uploaded or re-uploaded.
Document with status Pending can be re-uploaded. In this case, previous document will change status to OUTDATED, and new uploaded document will have status PENDING. |
| IN_VERIFICATION | APPROVED
DECLINED REVIEW_REQUIRED |
User confirmed that uploaded document is correct and it can be sent to verification (or verified by compliance manually).
For automated flow for each document in this status system shall initiate document check by the KYC provider. When a document is sent to provider there is no additional status. Status will be changed after provider response is received or manually by compliance Document with Status IN_VERIFICATION can’t be re-uploaded. |
| REVIEW_REQUIRED | APPROVED
DECLINED OUTDATED |
The provider has not provided a final response, and the document requires manual compliance verification or re-uploading.
Document with Status REVIEW_REQUIRED can’t be re-uploaded. |
