Document Verification

As part of the onboarding process, customers are able to upload documents. List of the mandatory documents can be set up in configuration files.
After a document is uploaded it can be approved, declined, or sent to a third-party KYC provider.

Customer KYC identification can be approved only when all mandatory documents are uploaded and approved.
When customer KYC identification is reset, all documents’ statuses are changed to OUTDATED and should be re-uploaded.
