Redeem Prepaid
Anyone who has the voucher number and PIN is able to redeem the prepaid voucher.
Redeem or “activation” of a voucher means that the amount of the voucher will be transferred to the wallet of the User who activates it.
This functionality is available on UI for Merchant but can be performed by any user.
Prepaid redeem flow:
1. Enter voucher Number
2. System validates the voucher number and requests PIN
3. Enter PIN. If the User lost the PIN for the voucher there’s an option to change the PIN for prepaid.
4. System validates the PIN
5. System calculates commission and checks the limits for this operation.
6. Confirm redeem.
7. Funds are transferred to the wallet in the currency of the voucher. If the User doesn’t have a wallet in the currency of the voucher, the voucher can’t be redeemed. Users should create the wallet first.
