Welcome to the SDK.finance Knowledge Base

The SDK.finance Knowledge Base is your comprehensive resource for understanding and effectively using the SDK.finance platform. It provides detailed documentation on the platform’s modules, features, and core entities, helping both technical and non-technical users navigate and manage system functionalities.

Knowledge Base Structure

The Knowledge Base is organized into structured sections, each dedicated to a specific module or entity within the SDK.finance platform. This structure allows users to quickly find relevant information based on their role, responsibilities, or the feature they wish to explore.

Key Components of the Knowledge Base

  1. Knowledge Base Articles (check the menu on the left)
    • Detailed guides and explanations for each SDK.finance module or entity.
    • Most articles include direct links to the Swagger API Documentation, which provides the most up-to-date API specifications. These descriptions are critical for proper system integration and must be read carefully.
  2. Back Office Manual
    • A complete guide to the Service Users’ Back Office provided out-of-the-box for system management.
    • It covers the roles, permissions, and operational capabilities of service users.
    • Articles that describe back-office functionalities include links to relevant pages in the Back Office Manual for additional context.
    • Please note, that due to continuous development of the Back Office features, some of the screenshots used in the manual may differ from the screens on the sandbox.

  3. Technical Documentation (Coming Soon)
    • In-depth technical guides designed for developers to facilitate custom integrations, advanced configurations, and system extensions.

How to Use the Knowledge Base

  • Navigate by Module or Entity: Articles are grouped according to SDK.finance modules (e.g., Users, Transactions, Assets) and core entities, allowing you to locate information easily.
  • Refer to Swagger Documentation: For detailed API specifications, follow the provided links to the Swagger documentation, which reflects the latest API updates and functionalities.
  • Access Back Office Guides: Use the links in relevant articles to explore detailed instructions for managing operations via the Back Office interface.
  • Use search – Sometimes it can be not easy to find required information using the navigation menu only. Please use Search function to look for the keywords. Results will show the list of articles mentioning the keywords.
  • Check SDK.finance release notes for updates: We do our best to timely update the documentation, but sometimes it might take some more time. You will always find most recent information about API changes in our Release Notes and in Swagger documentation.
  • Contact us if you couldn’t find answers on your questions: For our current Clients we have a dedicated Customer Success team who will provide  answers to the questions or will arrange a demo of certain features.
