System Accounts

System accounts are special accounts within a system that keep track of the commissions earned from transactions and the accounting of funds within the system. 

System Users with relevant permission (by default users from the Finance team) can manage system accounts from their back office and are able to view the following parameters for the list of system accounts (accounts of all organizations, except Individual and Merchant organizations) with filter and pagination:

• Vendor name (available only for regular_gate_commission and business_gate_commission wallets)
• Account name
• Account type – wallet type
• Currency
• Collector (available only for regular_gate_commission and business_gate_commission wallets)
• Balance
• Serial number

Available Filters:

• Organization types (except Individual and Merchant)
• Vendor name (available only for regular_gate_commission and business_gate_commission wallets)
• Account type – wallet type, available values – all wallet types, except client-related wallets such as client, prepaid
• Currency
• Collector (available only for regular_gate_commission and business_gate_commission wallets)
• Search by Serial number

System users can also view the transaction history for each of the system accounts.
