Due to the system logic some notifications can or cannot be deactivated

Cannot be deactivated:

  • notification.password.change.sms

  • notification.profile.confirm.sms

  • notification.operation.bank_account.updated.sms

  • notification.operation.bank_account.created.sms

  • notification.operation.issue_card_completed.sms

  • notification.operation.issue_card_declined.sms

  • notification.registration_invoice_invite.confirm.sms

  • notification.lift_limit_business_request.sms

  • notification.change_status_business_request.declined.sms

  • notification.system_roles.cfo.request_from_fs.sms

  • notification.system_roles.coin_deactivated.sms

  • notification.system_roles.coin_activated.sms

  • notification.compliance.user_upload_document.system.sms

Could be deactivated:

To deactivate notification call the API PATCH /v1/profiles/{userId}/security-settings :

  • notification.authenticate.sms (but disables also notification.authenticate.confirm_phone.sms) – notificationEventType : AUTHENTICATION

  • notification.reports – notificationEventType : REPORT_DONE

  • notification.operation.transfer.src – notificationEventType : TRANSACTION

  • notification.operation.transfer.dest – notificationEventType : TRANSACTION

  • notification.operation.invoice.paid –  notificationEventType : TRANSACTION

  • notification.operation.refund.sms  –  notificationEventType : TRANSACTION

  • notification.operation.charge.sms –  notificationEventType : TRANSACTION

  • notification.operation.cash_register_withdraw –  notificationEventType : TRANSACTION

  • notification.operation.redeem.sms  –  notificationEventType : TRANSACTION

  • notification.reset_identification.approved.sms  –  notificationEventType : RESET_IDENTIFICATION_REQUEST_APPROVED

  • notification.reset_identification.sms – notificationEventType : PROFILE_UPDATE_REQUIRED

  • notification.user_identification.review_required.sms – notificationEventType : KYC_IDENTIFICATION_STATUS_CHANGE
