Create system Users

Creation of System Users is a part of Initial System Configuration. But System Users can be registered anytime. It is also possible to configure the permissions in such a way that System Users with a higher subordination role could create system users of a lower level. For example, a Compliance Manager can create Compliance specialists.
Set/update permissions
Setting up and updating permissions for system users can be done via API or through changes in the source code. This use case is described in the Initial system configuration section.
